Bank Chef/Cook - Specialist Residential Service
Are you an experience Cook or Chef looking for a role with better work-life balance and a change to do meaningful work?
We're looking for a Chef/Cook to support our specialist residential service in a friendly and supportive environment. The service supports adults with complex mental health needs, and food plays a huge part in helping residents feel settled, valued and cared for.
Hour/Contract
37.5 hours per week
9am to 5pm
Weekend availability required
What the role involves?
Preparing nutritious, home-style meals for residents
Catering for dietary needs and preferences
Maintaining high food hygiene and kitchen standards
Managing the kitchen independently during shifts
Working closely with the wider care team
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Cook or Chef
A positive, calm, and reliable approach
Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
Ability to work independently
City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent is desirable
