Office Coordinator (Fixed-Term / Interim)
Location: Arden Court, Eccles
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed-term (business continuity cover)
Salary: from £24,500 depending on experience
We are seeking an organised, proactive Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our service at Arden Court, Eccles.
This is a business-critical role at the heart of the service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and professionals, provide essential administrative support, and help keep the service and wider team running efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and professionals
Handling calls, emails and correspondence professionally
Maintaining records, files and databases accurately
Supporting managers and teams with day-to-day administration
Coordinating diaries, meetings and documentation
Ordering supplies and supporting the general running of the service
Ensuring systems and processes are followed consistently
About you:
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Calm, professional and approachable
Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Experience in an administrative or office-based role
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
