What You’ll Do
As our Regional Facilities Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with the Head of Estates to deliver top-tier property maintenance.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance teams, fostering growth and excellence.
- Manage reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
- Oversee contractors and ensure all works meet safety and compliance standards.
- Drive improvements in facilities operations, from audit processes to contractor performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: Proven leadership in facilities management across multi-site environments.
- Skills: Technical expertise, excellent communication, and a pragmatic problem-solving approach.
- Qualifications: Desirable certifications in Facilities Management and Health & Safety (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH).
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building services, health and safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
