Are you a friendly and professional individual looking for a rewarding opportunity in the heart of Longsight? Lighthouse Care is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our supportive and dynamic team. We provide vital services to those facing long-term complex mental health challenges.
Position Details:
- Location: Lighthouse Care, Manchester
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
- Salary: £23,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support across Lighthouse Care's operations.
- Manage phone calls, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries.
- Assist with staff recruitment, training, and supervision processes.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an office environment.
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Flexibility in adapting to varied tasks and routines.
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
