Are you an accomplished Unit/Home Manager ready to make a profound impact within our vibrant care village? Our exclusive 30-bed residential service, specializing in elderly care and Dementia, is seeking a dynamic individual to shape the future. As a Unit/Home Manager, you'll be the driving force, imprinting your high standards on every aspect – from meticulous care planning to elevating clinical practices, fostering a stellar team, managing seamless rotas, and enhancing the unit's standing within the local community.
Competitive Package: From £28,000 with an appealing bonus
Your Impactful Role:
- Uphold impeccable standards by actively monitoring and providing crucial professional support to our compassionate care colleagues.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of care plans and medication administration, leveraging cutting-edge assessment tools.
- Efficiently orchestrate rotas for a streamlined deployment of care colleagues.
- Cultivate personal relationships with residents and their families, making a genuine difference in their lives.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure the completion of robust induction and mandatory training, identifying and addressing specific training needs.
- Contribute to achieving action plans from external regulators and internal support functions, collaborating in elevating standards.
Your Qualifications:
- Possession or working toward NVQ Level 5.
- Proven management/team leadership experience in health and social care settings.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative.
